Helpful Tips
1. The information here is generally for tourist and transit visas only. For working and immigrant visas, please refer to respective consulates.

3. Check passport for a remaining validity of six (6) months. Consulates require at least six (6) months from date of entry into their countries..

Tourist Visa Requirements:
- NSO Birth Certificate of the Applicant.
- NSO Marriage Contract of the applicant, if married.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate of children.
- Proof of Income - Certificate of Employment, ITR, latest 3mos. pay slip.
- Proof of stability / assets - land titles / car registration, business names - DTI/SEC / financial. assets and other assets and other assets to show financial capability.
- 3 months bank statement and bank certificate with original receipt.
- If invited of U.S citizen : Original letter of invitation of the inviting party in the U.S
- -Copy of passport of invitor
- -Proof of resident ship in U.S
- Flight itinerary (to be presented upon personal appearance / interview).
- Original passport valid for six (6) months , duly sighed by the passport holder.
- Two (2) colored photos (sized 2x2 [50mmX50mm] with white background.
- If you don’t have invitor in U.S, hotel voucher is may need upon interview.
